Regan Gambier
Regan Gambier is the creative force behind Snowflake Showers. Regan (pronounced RAY-gan) grew up in the US where baby showers are the norm. In 2001 she moved with her husband to the UK and fell pregnant within a year. She soon realized that baby showers were just not “done” here and wanted to offer people a chance to celebrate the impending miracle in a tasteful way. Regan brings to Snowflake Showers a wealth of experience working creatively at magazines based in New York and London, where she honed her business acumen and learned about beautiful styles that worked. Now a full-time mother to her own baby snowflake, Katie (age 2), Regan puts her skills to work designing fabulous and unique baby showers for the UK market and indulges in the odd bit of finger painting.

Snowflake Showers is proud to partner with the London-based Beverly Hills Bakery, offering the finest American baked goods in the UK. Their bakers use the very best ingredients available such as organic flour, Belgian chocolate, freshly squeezed fruit juices and free-range eggs. They never add preservatives or artificial flavourings, and bake 7 days a week to ensure maximum freshness. Each Snowflake Showers kit includes a gift certificate for a basket of delectable muffins to be delivered on the party day. Delivery within London is included. Simply call a few days in advance to arrange delivery for the baby shower.

Snowflake Showers kits feature several games and activities to help the party get started and keep it moving along at an enjoyable pace. We have a catalogue of over 200 games and activities to draw from, helping to ensure that every single party is fun and fresh.

Who hosts and who attends?
Baby showers can be hosted by anyone who wants to celebrate the pregnancy. This can be the pregnant woman’s mom, best friend, co-worker, group of girlfriends, husband --the list is endless. Traditionally, it is a “women only” affair, but with a Snowflake Showers kit anyone can host a fun and beautiful baby shower.

How do I redeem the gift certificate for Beverly Hills Bakery?
Each Snowflake Showers kit includes a gift certificate for a 32-piece basket of tantalizing mini muffins from the exquisite Beverly Hills Bakery. Once you have decided on a date, call Beverly Hills Bakery at 020 7586 0070 (printed on the gift certificate) and arrange for delivery. There is no additional charge for delivery*. It is all covered in the cost of your Snowflake Showers kit.
*No additional charges for parties in London. A nominal fee may be applicable outside London. An additional charge will be applied if you require delivery at a specific time. The best way around this is to plan in advance. Please note these muffins are extraordinarily delicious.

What can I expect?
Traditional party games include guessing the circumference of mum-to-be’s belly and baby food taste-tests. All Snowflake Showers kits will include one classic game to help everyone feel comfortable. Other games and activities will be a bit spicier and creative. You may be filling a diary with meaningful quotes on motherhood or decorating a blanket for the new baby. How do I pay?
Snowflake Showers uses WorldPay, a highly reputable and secure internet payment mechanism. WorldPay is fast becoming the world standard for internet payment. You will be temporarily sent to the secure WorldPay site for payment. Your details will not be passed to any other party. Delivery?
Your party kit will be sent by recorded delivery within fourteen days of placing the order.

REFUND POLICY

I want you to have an amazing, unique baby shower, so I personally hand-select all contents. So if you are unhappy with the party kit you receive, I really want to know about it! Please feel free to e-mail me at regan@snowflakeshowers.co.uk or call me on 0777 571 2250 if there’s anything you want to discuss.

I also take my business responsibilities seriously. The conditions below, which are in accordance with the UK’s Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, set out my policies on cancellations and refunds.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
I take the time to individually wrap and assemble each party kit. This allows me to ensure the quality of every aspect of your kit and to make sure that it is truly unique. The photos on this website are representative of the quality of goods in the kits, but the actual contents of a particular kit may vary. I am always looking out for new products, designs and games, which will help keep the kits fresh and unique.

You can pay by credit card using WorldPay’s secure service. WorldPay will process your credit card, verify payment, and then send the money to me. Please note that, for your protection and mine, I can only ship to the credit card holder’s address. If you prefer to write a cheque, please make it payable to “Regan Gambier” and send it to the address below. I will send the baby shower kit as soon as the cheque has cleared – usually five business days from when I present it at my bank.

CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind, you can cancel your order. Please call me as soon as possible to avoid having to pay any delivery charges. It takes me 3-10 days to process an order. If you cancel before I have sent the package, you will be refunded the full cost of the kit less any WorldPay administration charges I incur in order to refund your payment. If the package has already shipped, you will get a full refund less administration and delivery charges. Please call me as soon as possible, and return the box with all contents intact and unopened to the address below. Sorry, but I cannot cover your return delivery charges. Once you have received your kit, you have eight (8) working days to return the order; otherwise you may not receive a refund.

REPLACEMENTS
I follow a careful procedure to ensure that every kit is complete. However should you find that your kit is missing anything, please let me know as soon as possible. The kits are for parties of ten people. If you need more gifts or place settings, you can order a bumper pack which includes invitations, thank you cards, guest favours and place settings for five additional guests.

NON-ACCEPTANCE
I cannot accept every order I receive. Some reasons for non-acceptance are as follows:
* WorldPay doesn’t approve your credit card. (Try again with another card or send me a cheque.)
* Your cheque does not clear.
* I have temporarily run out of stock. (Please try again in a few days.)

If I cannot accept your order, I will let you know within four (4) working days.
